We work with your completed poster design, your hand written notes on a napkin, or anything in-between. Here is an overview of the production process.

1. Tracy Evans Productions analyzes your goals, needs and expectations for the trade-show booth. We then make recommendation on ways to accomplish these goals with multimedia.
2. You provide any existing content in the form of text, graphics, photographs and other advertising elements.
3. TEP creates storyboards, flowcharts or mock-ups of the recommended approach.
4. Upon approval of the concept, TEP begins production.
5. The PlasmaPosters are posted to a secure web site as completed, for review and approval.
6. The completed posters are delivered in a digital form, ready for trade show floor presentation.

We record the voice-over narration, animate the graphics, photos and text, integrate the music score and program the interactivity. We then post the work on a secure Web site for your review and approval.

Once completed, the final products can be downloaded from our ftp site, sent to the show on CD-ROM, or delivered on one of our fully configured PlasmaComputers ready for the show floor.
